Maruzen P38 AC40.s gas airsoft pistol is a faithful replica of the Walter-produced P38 during wartime Germany and is fully licensed by Carl Walther. Unlike pre-war and post-war P38s, this pistol does not have "Walther" markings on the pistol, this was done during wartime to mask the manufacturers of these pistols from allied forces, Instead, it has the manufacturer's code engraved on it. This particular P38 was modeled after the Walter-made ones so it has "ac" denoting this is a Walther-made pistol, "40" and it has proof marks all over with the eagle sitting on the number "359" denoting that this pistol was proof marked by Walther themselves which this Maruzen made pistol has copied to a tea.

The Maruzen P38 is made of mostly plastic. however, it is indeed reinforced by metal as well as having metal weights under the faux Bakelite grips giving it a very sturdy feel that you could not tell it is actually plastic until you handled the gun. This gas airsoft pistol, just like the real thing has a smooth single-action and double-action trigger, which makes follow-up shots a breeze. The safety on this pistol is also a decocker so when the gun is cock and the safety is engaged, it will decock the pistol.

The Walther P99 is the weapon of choice for the modern day 007, and represents an era of user friendly weapons. The design was initiated in 1994, and the P99 was presented in 1996. The primary goal was to design and develop a new, modern police and self-defense handgun that combines the latest developments, while costing less than the Walther P88, it's predecessor.

The Walther P38 is a real steel 9 mm pistol that was developed by Walther as the service pistol of the Wehrmacht at the beginning of World War II. It was intended to replace the costly Luger P08, the production of which was scheduled to end in 1942.

The Maruzen P38 replica uses a double action trigger design just like the real thing; the operator can load a round into the chamber, use the de-cocking lever to safely lower the hammer without firing the round which is also the safety. Releasing the safety, a pull of the trigger with the hammer down initiated a double-action firing the first shot and load the next. For those that care, this model recreates the slight sliding barrel as found on the real thing; a touch of supreme detail only found in premium brands.

At 250 FPS it is not the most powerful handgun on the market but it shoots incredibly consistent and flat at short range and as the iron sight sits only 10mm or so off the bore axis it is very easy to aim and hold on target. With only 12 rounds, this pistol is more of a back-up weapon option for the Axis player who needs something to fall back on in a pinch for a quick few taps of accurate short ranged firepower.

Beautifully authentic gun-metal plated finishing gives this gun a stunningly convincing look with the exception of the modern ABS which is shinier then the original Bakelite. Full blowback action cycles slide and automatically recocks hammer on each shot. The increased amount of metal in this gun over that of older models results in a weapon with noticeably more weight and the very same high quality found in all Maruzen products.

The Walther PPQ M2 6mm is the the latest to reveal itself in the PP series by Umarex. It's larger from what you got before in the series but it's still compact and kicks back a fair bit. The Navy DX version comes with a 14mm thread and a suppressor to go with it. This is a very stylish combination.

With it's metal slide and polymer body, it doesn't weigh very much at all. Most of the weight comes from its magazine which holds 22 BBs and can store enough can to go through 40 BBs. It is striker fired but you won't see it at the back.

The grip has a rather tribal-esque look to it which is comfortable to hold bare hands but if you are wearing gloves, there are so many serrations that it grips very well either way. There are a few serrations on the slide as well so anyone has their own method of pulling the slide back can do so in their own manner.

It is fully licensed so you'll see markings like you'd get from the real steel version which is very cool indeed. None of this 6mm BBs business, it actually says 9mmx19 and many more realistic markings.

How well does it fire? It shoots like a standard GBB pistol. Since most of it is polymer and the slide doesn't feel like it's made out of metal, even though it is, you'll hear a 'clack clack' sound which isn't the most appealing but the kick will surprise you. As you fire, you'd think that you can feel the gas depleting as you go through the entire magazine but it feels the same the whole way through which is a huge bonus. Even when you rapid fire, it'll feel consistent the whole way through!

The Walther P99 is short-recoil operated, locked-breech pistol. It uses a modified Browning locking system, with the barrel engaging the slide with a single large lug entering the ejection window. The frame is made from polymer and has interchangeable grip backstraps. Three backstraps of different shape are included with each pistol, so users can adjust the grip to their own preferences. The trigger is striker-fired, with an automated firing pin block safety, and varies with the model. The standard P99 is double / single action with a decocking button. Earlier P990s and current production P99DAOs are double action only, and the P99DAO also features a slightly different automated safety built into the trigger. The third variation of the P99 family is the P99QA, which features a partially pre-cocked trigger for a constant trigger pull from the first to the last shot. One feature, unique to the P99 series pistol triggers, is that despite being striker-fired, these pistols do not require the user to press the trigger during disassembly to disconnect the sear from the firing pin. This is done by using the decocking button, built into the top of the slide. This button is relatively large on the standard P99, as it is routinely used to decock the striker, and much smaller on the P99QA, as it is used only during disassembly to disconnect the firing pin from the sear.

For those who never heard of Umarex, they are known to make realistic and high performing airsoft guns in the airsoft market. The gas blowback technology is more than just reliable and crisp, the cycle is tighter than a drum with each shot gliding down the same line as the one before.

Holding this in your hand just feels so comfortable, the modifications you can make are very simple. The hop up can be adjusted like every other airsoft gun which is very simple to do. It includes a bottom rail that can be used to attach tactical accessories. Once you made your adjustments in, it's very accurate and incredibly stable. With a 15 BB capacity, this system continues the trend for realism opting for a real capacity emulation instead of sneaking up to 50 or more pellets. Please note this uses a CO2 gas system and does not support green gas, so you will need to stock up on CO2 capsules. The CO2 capsule is stored into the rear of the pistol grip which can be easily removed by sliding it out.
